I am seeking in to shopping a present emporium commercial operation that is now 100% worker run. The emanate we have is a little of a equipment a seller sells comes from his indiscriminate division. He states a net is 12k a month though given a little of his equipment comes from is indiscriminate side I’m meditative "my" net will not be a same. Can we greatfully take a discerning demeanour during a unfolding next as well as let me know what kind of questions we should be asking a attorney as well as seller?

You first have to wonder why they are selling a profitable business. Most people won’t walk away from free money. So that being said do some homework, is the business going to continue in the future, did they lose a key account, is the lease coming up for renewal ? There are many factors that may be hidden so do your due diligence. And be careful. Don’t get me wrong, businesses are bought and sold everyday but there is always a reason and in that reason is value.
