I would wait. During pregnancy you’re hormones go crazy and hair could start growing in places it never did before.
There haven’t been studies on the effects of laser hair removal & pregnancy so we don’t know the long term effects. If you are trying to get pregnant, I would steer clear of lasering in the uterine areas because…well, you just never know.

There are many hair follicles that are kind of "dormant" that appear later in almost all laser hair removal clients. The hormones of pregnancy may "activate" them so to speak but they eventually show up anyway.
