Yes, there is, but it will cost you more than a vasectomy reversal would. It’s called sperm aspiration using the method of TESE, MESA or PESA. They go in the scrotum with a needle or they surgically extract sperm from the testes themselves by scapel in a surgery then they use this sperm for IVF (that’s why it’s sooo expensive). The extraction by needle costs a few hundred dollars and if they have to do it surgically, then it’s a few thousand dollars for the sperm alone. Then it’s rounds of clomid, egg harvesting for you and then they fertilize your eggs, store the extra, implant a few (yes, you may end up pg with multiples, think of the octomom with IVF). IVF costs around 17,000 per cycle and it doesn’t always work the first try. You’ll have to use IVF with extracted sperm, IUI doesn’t work. Aspirated sperm are "immature" and don’t swim or penetrate an egg well on their own. I personally recommend reversal. Ours did cost $7,000. I know of some that charge less because they do reversals as a ministry. It’s important to pick a doctor according to his skill and expertise and not for the price he charges.
