both have their pros and cons

If you went with the reversal it could be sucessful so you dont need to go down the IVF route ; or
It might not be successful meaning you have to then do IVF.

The longer you leave a reversal the lower the chances of it being succesful.

IVF has a 20-50% sucess rate.

I would see a specialist and discuss the issue in more detail with them so you can make an informed decision.
