hi i only paid for the code brand brand new 2009 toyota tundra, (7 months ago) given i got the lorry my stereo turnes upon as well as off when ever i strike the strike in the road, i sent it in for repairs 4 opposite times already, as well as the complaint still occurs, does this validate underneath the lemon law, as well as am i entitled to the brand brand new car?

The stereo is not covered under the lemon law. It is time to contact the Zone office for Toyota, and inform them that the dealership has tried 4 times to repair the stereo, and you want them to replace it with a brand new one.
You can not get a new vehicle because of a problem with an accessory, sorry
I think this would be considered rather minor when looking at the BIG picture.
A true lemon is a car that you cannot depend on to get you to work. One that is in the shop for major repairs often. A radio doesn’t keep you home from work……..
